The problem
The existing garden was tired, poorly drained and underused. A cracked concrete patio, patchy lawn and overgrown borders meant the family rarely spent time outside. The space had real potential — it just needed a complete rethink.
Work completed
We designed a layout with distinct zones — a large-format porcelain patio for dining, a raised composite deck for lounging, and structured planting borders with evergreen backbone and seasonal colour. A specimen olive tree takes centre stage, uplighted dramatically at night.
The result
A modern, usable outdoor space that the family now uses every day. Clean lines, durable materials and planting that looks good in every season. The olive tree creates a dramatic focal point, especially when uplighted in the evening. Completed in 3 weeks with no disruption to neighbours.
