Initial Enquiry

Site Visit Arranged
We arrange a convenient time to visit your garden. Slawek or a senior team member will attend — not a sales person. The visit typically takes 45–60 minutes.
Design Direction
During the visit we assess the space, discuss your brief in detail and share initial design ideas. You leave with a clear sense of what's possible and what it will cost.
Detailed Proposal
We prepare a full design concept and itemised quote. No vague estimates — a clear breakdown of design, materials and labour so you can make an informed decision.

Is the consultation free?
The initial site visit and design discussion is free of charge. If you proceed with a full design package, fees apply — we'll be clear about this upfront.
How long does the consultation take?
Typically 45–60 minutes. We spend time understanding your brief, assessing the space and sharing initial ideas. There's no rush.
Do I need to have a clear idea of what I want?
Not at all. Many clients come to us with a vague sense of what they want but no clear vision. Part of our job is to help you articulate and refine your brief.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in South East London and regularly cover Greenwich, Blackheath, Lewisham, Brockley, Nunhead, Dulwich, Deptford, Charlton and Eltham. We also take selected projects across wider London.
How quickly can you start?
This depends on our current schedule. We'll give you an honest availability estimate during the consultation. Planning ahead — especially for spring and summer — is always advisable.
