Do you work on listed properties or conservation areas?
Yes. We have experience working within conservation area guidelines and listed building constraints. We advise on planning requirements and can liaise with local authorities on your behalf.
Can I commission just the design without the build?
Yes. We offer design-only commissions where you receive full concept layouts, planting plans and build-ready technical drawings. You can then use your own contractor or return to us for the build phase later.
