CASE STUDY
Garden Renovation in Lewisham
A complete renovation of an overgrown, neglected rear garden in SE13 — new layout, drainage, porcelain paving dining area, composite decking lounge zone, cedar close-board fencing and a curated low-maintenance planting scheme.

“A high standard of work and a transparent process. The quote was clear, the schedule was realistic, and the end result exceeded expectations. Our garden went from an overgrown mess to a beautiful, usable space in just three weeks.”
The problem
The garden had been neglected for years. Broken paving, poor drainage, overgrown borders and dated fencing meant the family never used the space. London clay soil had created persistent waterlogging, and the overall layout made no sense for modern family living.
Work completed
We stripped the garden back to bare ground, resolved the drainage issues with a French drain system, and created a new layout with a porcelain dining patio, raised composite deck, defined borders and a clean, modern aesthetic throughout.
The result
A completely transformed family garden — usable year-round, properly drained and low maintenance. The family now use the space daily from spring through autumn. The drainage issues have been fully resolved and the planting is establishing beautifully.
